We are seeking to provide a first-class visitor and customer experience at the Dun & Bradstreet Paddington office. Working within the UK Workplace team, this role focuses on delivering an outstanding, safe, and compliant office environment for team members, customers, and visitors. Excellent communication and administrative skills, along with concise organization, are essential. This position is crucial for the smooth operation of the office, ensuring a positive first and lasting impression through local knowledge and a welcoming approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as office workplace representative and customer point of contact, covering Front of House duties as required.
- Support Reception Services by welcoming guests and visitors, managing enquiries professionally and courteously.
- Champion site safety and security, acting as the point of contact for related inquiries.
- Maintain records, site notices, process invoicing, and assist in organizing office events and facilities-related administration proactively.
- Manage office maintenance requests, understanding standard operating procedures to ensure preventive and reactive actions are handled efficiently.
- Coordinate cleaning requests, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Proactively manage facilities services, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to promote high satisfaction among team members and customers.
- Prioritize and manage tasks and queries daily, working closely with the front-end and facilities management teams.
- Communicate openly, honestly, and transparently, tailoring messages to specific audiences as needed.
- Cover the Workplace Manager during absences and busy periods.
