How to prepare for a job interview at Interaction Recruitment

✨Show Your Physical Readiness

Since the job involves regular lifting and shifting of bricks, it's important to demonstrate your physical fitness. Be prepared to discuss any previous experience in physically demanding roles or activities that showcase your strength and stamina.

✨Highlight Relevant Experience

Even though experience isn't essential, any relevant work you've done can set you apart. Talk about any past jobs or tasks that involved manual labour, teamwork, or working on construction sites, even if they were informal.

✨Dress Appropriately

Make sure to wear suitable clothing for a construction site during the interview. This shows that you understand the environment you'll be working in and are serious about the role. Safety boots and workwear can make a good impression.

✨Prepare Checkable References

Since the job requires checkable references, have a couple of contacts ready who can vouch for your work ethic and reliability. Make sure to inform them beforehand so they are prepared to speak on your behalf.
