Our Women\’s service in Cornwall is recruiting two Recovery Workers to work with women across the county, addressing complex needs related to substance use, relationships, and mental health. You can be based at Truro, Penzance, or Liskeard. If you\’re passionate about improving lives, apply now.

About the Role
Recovery Workers support clients in identifying goals, creating treatment plans, and guiding them through recovery. You will provide frontline support through partnership working, care coordination, key work, and interventions, managing an active caseload with respect and dignity.
What We’re Looking For
We seek a compassionate, motivated individual with strong relationship-building skills. Experience in health, social care, criminal justice, or a related field is preferred, or a genuine motivation to work in the sector. A proven track record in customer service is essential.
You should be highly organized, communicative, and able to manage your time effectively. Collaboration and a positive, engaging approach are vital. A full UK driving license and access to a car are required, with business use added to your insurance.
