Here at Howells, we are working with a leading Social housing contractor with sufficient carpentry knowledge to join their team in the South End On Sea area, to work on Voids/occupied properties on repairs & maintenance. Working the Social Housing sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by tackling a variety of repairs/maintenance in social housing properties. Your duties will include various repairs in properties mainly Carpentry. You will be working for a modern, forward-thinking business; that believes the people\’s strengths, skills and personalities are the key to the company\’s success. This is a full-time, permanent role with a 40-hour working week. You will receive a competitive Salary of £34,000 per annum + work-based incentives, holidays and pension contributions.
