- Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), aligned with zooplus goals and pet community interests
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and agencies, ranging from micro to macro: driving brand awareness and overall conversion
- Lead end-to-end management of campaigns, including briefing, optimization, and ensuring ROI-driven initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with local and international teams to ensure influencer marketing is integrated into broader marketing objectives
- Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and generate insights into your markets, using data to scale influencer marketing to other markets
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), ideally in e-commerce or pet-related sectors
- Strong track record in managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, from recruitment to ROI analysis
- Skilled in identifying and managing relationships with influencers and agencies (micro to macro)
- Data-driven, with experience analyzing KPIs to scale and optimize performance across markets
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align campaigns with broader marketing goals
- Strong communication and project management abilities; fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
