Job purpose
As an experienced Midweight Designer at Ramarketing, you will be vital in delivering world-class design work that helps our life science clients achieve their objectives. From conceptual development to execution, you will create compelling visual designs across a variety of media and platforms. Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing creative team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every piece of design work aligns with client goals, meets the highest standards, and brings fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
You’ll bring a strong creative vision to the team, translating client briefs into engaging and effective design solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with fellow designers, content creators, and account teams to maintain a seamless creative process, ensuring all work aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. Skills and experience
We are looking for a talented designer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will be a strong communicator, confident in discussing and explaining design concepts to both clients and colleagues. You’ll have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create high-quality, impactful work.
You will have experience in an agency or in-house design role within a B2B industry and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative creative team.
Additionally, you will have gained the following knowledge and experience within your career:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in an agency or in-house design role within a B2B industry.

A portfolio that showcases your work and demonstrates your design thinking in real commercial applications. We are thinking -client projects, brand development, and high-impact deliverables across digital and print platforms.

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Experience in UX, Figma, or web design would be beneficial.
