Salary: £28,506 per year (FTE)
Contract: Permanent • Full-time (37 hours)

The role
The purpose of this role is to provide support to service users at our projects. You will need to be able to work sympathetically with service users who have been homeless and have complex needs. You will work to empower service users, actively engaging them with the community and helping them to support each other, to develop resilience, to live independently and to be an asset to the community. You may be required to work on a rota basis.
The right fit
- Housing/Tenancy management experience is essential
- Ability to travel to other offices and locations which may not be easily accessible by public transport
- Ability to assess need and to plan and deliver effective, stimulating and dynamic support
- Demonstrate personal organisational skills: attendance/timekeeping, planning workload, record keeping, IT use, managing workloads and meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills
