About Us
We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037. Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 young people each year.
Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Direct Marketing Officer (Media) to join our Acquisition Team based in Centrepoint, The Rowe, London.
The Direct Marketing Officer will sit in the Acquisition team within Individual Giving. The Direct Marketing officer will be responsible for increasing income by implementing, managing and reporting on campaigns to recruit new donors through a variety of different media channels. A key part of this role involves working to review and optimise existing campaign setup which in turn will allow a seamless donor journey and uptake in income generation and ensuring that messages are on brand and reflect Centrepoint young people in a representative way
Centrepoint have a diverse recruitment mix and management of several different channels including DRTV, press, inserts, outdoor, Meta, Google environment. Some experience in at least one paid media channel will be required for this role (i.e Paid Social, PPC, Press / Inserts).

What You’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with the Senior Direct Marketing Officer to develop and deliver paid media campaigns to recruit new supporters through a variety of different channels in collaboration with our media agency
- Liaising with Data & Insight teams to analyse campaign results and continuously optimise performance
- Writing briefs for our creative agency to develop engaging communications
- Building strong relationships with Centrepoint Digital, Communications and wider Fundraising teams to share best practice in paid media marketing
- Managing relationships with our fulfilment and media agencies. Sharing insight, optimising campaigns and briefing them on campaign workflows as necessary.
