About the role

Our customers appreciate that they can easily contact us with any queries about their subscription, their online purchases or our website. Our customer experience team is growing, and we have a rare part-time opportunity. If you are passionate about providing an efficient service and are capable of developing a deep understanding of our product range – and are always on the lookout for ways to improve – then read on.

The key ingredients for your success will be:

  • A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to providing excellent experiences to our global clients and audience.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to respond to customers clearly and succinctly.
  • A capacity to identify patterns and potential problems, and to test solutions.
  • A willingness to quickly establish an in-depth knowledge of our products and service, and the various customer journeys.
  • An ability to work with teams across the business with the goal of continuously improving the customer experience.

This role is three days a week and is a fast-paced environment, so our next star needs to be calm under pressure, solutions-focused and able to prioritise.
