Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or management consulting within the media and entertainment industry, including influencer and creator networks or agencies.
- Experience working cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience with partner development and negotiation through business development and driving product adoption.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building and maintaining complex, end-to-end strategic partnerships.
- Experience in Influencer Marketing.
- Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with potential partners.
- Ability to structure, analyze, and solve complex business problems, as well as deliver impact against concrete business goals.
- Excellent influencing and communication skills with cross-functional and external stakeholders.
- Effective planning and time management skills and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Align product/content with partner business goals, provide guidance to drive adoption, and secure content required through agreements and acquisitions.
- Support business and product innovation through goal-oriented programs and pilots, creator engagement, and beta testing.
- Build a network of partners to serve as platform advocates, and represent YouTube at industry events.
- Manage partner issues, educate on policies, and ensure agreement/corpus hygiene.
- Contribute to the Google community and culture, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
