What will you be doing?
You can expect no two days to be the same. In the role of High-Net-Worth Underwriter, you will be required to utilise your technical knowledge and analytical skills to constantly drive and support improvements to Zurich Private Clients Portfolio. Reporting into the Team Leader, you will work with the local underwriting & sales functions to deliver strategic objectives and provide excellent service to our brokers and internal stakeholders.
We need you to provide a standout service experience for our customers and stakeholders, delivering quality and timely solutions. This involves taking ownership of your workload and supporting colleagues to deliver collective results. You will also be responsible for driving, analysing, and delivering strong underwriting results across our portfolio, including key broker contacts.
What are we looking for?
- Established, strong high net worth property and/or motor underwriting experience with a track record of delivering for customers in the high-net-worth market.
- Strong interpersonal skills to help us strengthen relationships with brokers.
- A proven track record of securing and retaining business, with the ability to make decisions and communicate effectively.
- Attention to detail to challenge processes and decisions.
- Ability to adapt your style to different workloads and pressures, think on your feet, and prioritize effectively.
