Are you a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for sales? We\’re seeking a Outbound Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team! This role involves making high-volume outbound calls to warm leads, converting quotes into new business, and growing our contract base by promoting maintenance plans to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls/emails to potential customers with the goal of converting quotes into sales.
- Sell service contracts to existing and prospective customers across GB and Ireland.
- Identify and act on sales opportunities, presenting the benefits of our products and services to secure new or additional business.
- Ensure the agreed levels of service are delivered to maintain and grow business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation at all times.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Account Management, Credit Control, and Sales Operations as needed.
- Actively support compliance standards and maintain professionalism, honesty, and integrity in all interactions.
- Promote health, safety, and environmental standards as a core part of our business practices.
What We\’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous outbound sales experience with a proven individual sales record is essential. Demonstrable negotiation skills and a strong ability to close sales professionally.
- Skills: Excellent telephone manner, communication skills (written and verbal), and IT proficiency (experience with MS Office and Sage is critical).
- Abilities: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and on your own initiative.
