Your Role:As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you’ll generate and book valuations, and may be required to carry out the occasional market appraisal/valuation which will hopefully lead to instructed properties. You will also be conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies and maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch.What We\’re Looking For:
- Estate Agency experience such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
- Exceptional customer care/service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must hold a Full UK driving license.
