ESS Employment is seeking two Customer Services Executives for our well-established international client based in Yate. The role involves being fully responsible for the efficient and effective administration of selected existing and potential accounts.

The successful candidates will work in a fast-paced environment and must be confident when dealing with all levels of people.

Details:

  • Location: Yate
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Employment Type: Temp-Perm
  • Salary: £26,000 per annum (£12.50 per hour)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours)

Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders into the system within 24 hours.
  • Acknowledging all orders to customers within 24 hours.
  • Maintaining digital and physical filing for easy access and audit compliance.
  • Informing customers about lead times and order status; communicating any issues promptly.
  • Handling customer queries and requests daily.
  • Answering incoming calls and emails.
  • Sending customer complaint forms when claims are received and directing customers appropriately. Acknowledging complaints within 24 hours.
  • Chasing relevant teams to ensure timely responses to claims.
  • Issuing and sharing open orders, back orders, and stock reports with customers monthly.
  • Scheduling regular meetings with customers to discuss account status, queries, and future orders.
