Job Description:
The Academy Performance Analysis Department supports players from U9 to U21 by providing analysis content to enhance the technical and tactical development of the Academy. The department collaborates with coaching staff to deliver high-quality analysis using various methods and aims to develop staff skills and content quality.
The Role
The successful candidate will be a key member of the department, gaining experience in analysis processes. You will lead analysis for the U15/16 age group, including pre, live, post-match analysis, and database management. You will provide video, data, and analysis to support player development and team playing style.
The Person
We seek a proactive individual with a strong knowledge of football and player development. Candidates should hold a BSc in Performance Analysis, Sports Science, or related fields, and possess UEFA C or Level 2 coaching qualification, or have playing experience. Experience in elite youth football analysis is preferred. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
