About our Clients
This lovely nursery in Ottershaw are looking for an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team, working 40 hr week, salary is c£28k plus loads of fantastic benefits.

Requirements

Have a minimum Level 2 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum.
Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
Team Player with excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach.
Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
