About the role:
A vacancy has arisen for a Travel Process Analyst to support the smooth running of the Travel office for Mercedes Benz Motorsport, on a 12 month fixed term basis to start September 2025. The Role will report directly to the Head of Travel.
Key Accountabilities (duties):
Reconciliations
-
Reconcile all hotel costs once invoice is received, request receipts (i.e Laundry / incidentals). Query any costs that do not seem correct and not be afraid to challenge.

Challenge anything that does not seem correct
Recharges
-
Collate information from the reconciliations to prepare recharges to sub-contractor and other companies within the Daimler group.

Prepare draft invoices for recharges from all the Travel Office transactions based on the reports provided by finance
Drafting of Race Subsistence:

Preparing the subsistence for the Race Coordinators to check and amend accordingly.
Data Privacy Champion

Documenting all personal data held within the Travel office

Be contact for the compliance manager regarding Data protection

To empower and encourage team members to adhere to GDPR guidelines

Report any breach of Data following the correct procedure
Travel App software

Manage the In house Travel App including dealing with any issues that arise

Lead development projects for the Travel APP
Other duties

Collect data for KPI’s

Prepare and track Booking logs

Back office system management for the Travel department

Ensure that the company’s GDPR Guidelines are adhered to

Identify and implement process efficiencies
As and when requested, assist and provide support to the Travel Manager including:

Support others in the daily use of data and ensure adherence to legal and company standards

Maintain and provide records and other information to facilitate the smooth operation of the travel department.
Candidate Profile:

Experience of working in a fast-moving environment

Experience of SAP is preferred (or similar ERP systems)

Extensive knowledge GDPR guidelines

Experience of working with a Mobile Application and streamlining process for a more efficient way of working

Advanced Excel and numeracy skills – minimum applied experience of pivot tables and formulas with additional expertise welcomed

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail is key

A self-driven, pro-active individual with a “can do” attitude and ability to work in a team

Good inter-personal skills & ability to communicate at all levels

Demonstrated ability to work to strict deadlines
