Job Description
The Mid-Level Real Estate Lender Finance Associate will have varied responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate finance agreements and documents.
- Provide legal advice to clients in New York and across the US on real estate lender finance matters.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to structure complex real estate finance deals effectively.
- Conduct due diligence and identify potential risks in lender finance transactions.
