What role will you play?
You will be part of a team responsible for operational management of a varied investment portfolio of debt and equity transactions across industries in corporate and real estate sectors. Working closely with internal stakeholders, including front office, risk, finance, and legal teams, you\’ll coordinate system setup, settlement, and ongoing management of transactions, ensuring compliance with risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
What you offer
You should have a strong academic background with tertiary qualifications in accounting, economics, finance, or business. Previous experience in loan administration will have equipped you with organizational and time management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. At least 2 years\’ experience with Loan IQ or an equivalent loan management system is required. Strong numerical skills, Excel proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of loan management are essential.
- Primary and secondary loan settlement, booking, and administration in LoanIQ
- Management of bilateral and syndicated debt and equity portfolios
- Navigation of loan documentation for deal booking
- Funding and management of deal cash flows
- Submitting KYC requests and conducting conflict checks
- Processing loan utilisations, rollovers, interest payments (cash and PIK), repayments, and prepayments
- Managing borrower covenants and information undertakings; settling secondary loans manually and via Clearpar
