We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused professional to deliver an efficient, high-quality service within our Credit Control and Debt Management team. Working under appropriate guidance and in line with established procedures and service standards, you will manage customer accounts end-to-end, ensuring all enquiries are followed through to completion while supporting timely and effective debt recovery.
The role involves proactive collection of overdue debt via telephone, setting up and managing Direct Debits and budget plans, resolving account queries, and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions. You will monitor payment patterns, identify potential cash-flow issues, make informed decisions on older debt, and collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve disputes. With a continuous improvement mindset, you will also contribute ideas to enhance recovery efficiency while supporting our wider goals and objectives.
