Qualifications and Experience:

  • QTS and a degree in Mathematics or a related field (essential).
  • Extensive teaching experience in secondary education (KS3–KS5 preferred).

  • Experience mentoring or coaching other teachers (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Passion for maths education and evidence-based teaching strategies.
