Qualifications and Experience:
- QTS and a degree in Mathematics or a related field (essential).
- Extensive teaching experience in secondary education (KS3–KS5 preferred).
- A proven record of strong student outcomes and innovative practice.
- Experience mentoring or coaching other teachers (preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for maths education and evidence-based teaching strategies.
