Thermal Insulation Supervisor, Neway – North West, Wirral / Cheshire

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for experienced Thermal Insulation Supervisors to oversee both fabrication and installation operations across key project sites. As its Fabrication & Installation you\’ll need IOSH / SMSTS.

So as a Thermal Insulation Supervisor at Neway, what will you do?
- You’ll lead and coordinate your teams delivering sheet metal / thermal insulation fabrication and site installation.
- Ensuring insulation systems are installed by your team, you’ll make sure that technical specifications, drawings, and client requirements are used and understood.
- Supervising the fabrication of sheet metal cladding, you’ll make sure that quality control checks are made across all stages.
- You’ll chair your site briefings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
- Monitoring your team performance you’ll ensure that they are safe and productive.
- Working as part of a team with project managers, clients, and QA / QC you’ll ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records, daily progress updates, and site documentation you’ll be in control of what is happening.
And what are we looking for?
- Supervisory experience in thermal insulation across both fabrication and installation.
- IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
- Valid CCNSG Safety Passport or CSCS Card.
- A background in industrial environments such as oil & gas, marine, chemical plants, power stations, or large infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of insulation materials, cladding types, and relevant standards.
It will be great if you also have :
- NVQ Level 2 / 3 in Thermal Insulation Engineering.
- Confined Space, Working at Height, or First Aid certification.
- Familiarity with digital permit‑to‑work and reporting systems.
- Knowledge of QA / QC processes and inspection criteria.
