Drive viral growth and conversion through product-led experimentation
Hey! We\’re team Granola
We\’re a deeply product-led company building one of the few breakout AI-native tools that people genuinely love using. As we scale, we\’re looking for our first Growth Product Manager to drive user acquisition and conversion optimisation.
Granola isn\’t just about meeting notes. We have an ambitious vision for how people collaborate with AI to think and work better, and we need someone to help more users discover and adopt our product at scale.
You\’ll work closely with our cofounders to optimise sharing flows, conversion funnels, and company-wide adoption strategies. This is a role for someone with a commercial mindset who\’s passionate about growth metrics, viral mechanics, and data-driven experimentation.
In this role, you will:
- Drive user acquisition through optimised sharing flows and viral mechanics
- Design and execute end-to-end growth experiments with clear success metrics
- Identify and eliminate friction points in user conversion funnels
- Optimise paywall timing and messaging to maximise conversion
- Develop strategies for company-wide adoption of Granola
- Analyse growth data to inform product decisions and prioritisation
- Work closely with engineering and design to ship fast, data-validated improvements
- Balance business growth with maintaining an exceptional user experience
Your background will look something like:
- Growth product experience: You\’ve driven measurable user acquisition and retention through product-led initiatives. You understand viral coefficients and how to optimise sharing mechanics.
- Data-driven approach: You have strong analytical skills and experience running A/B tests to optimise conversion funnels and user flows.
- Commercial mindset: You\’re motivated by business metrics and understand how to translate user behaviour into growth opportunities.
- Execution in fast-moving environments: You know how to move quickly, run lean experiments, and scale what works.
As a person, you are:
- Analytical and methodical: You\’re comfortable with data, can identify meaningful patterns, and use metrics to guide decisions.
- Growth-oriented: You\’re naturally drawn to questions of scale, virality, and conversion optimisation.
- Experimental mindset: You form hypotheses, design tests to validate them, and iterate based on results.
- Clear communicator: You can articulate growth strategies and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Pragmatic and pace oriented: You care about quality, but you\’ll cut scope to move faster and learn sooner.
- Collaborative: You work effectively with engineers, designers, and marketers to execute growth initiatives.
