Role Overview HR Business Partner Salary: £45,000 pa + £5,500 Car Allowance Contract: 40 hour, full time, 12-month Fixed Term Contract Hybrid working – Must be willing to travel across the South of England/Wales Here at Yodel, we deliver more than just parcels we deliver a great experience when it comes to your career too. Thanks to our continued success, we are looking for an experienced HR generalist who is ready to take the next step in their career to grow and develop into a HR Business Partner. We are looking for someone who has \’hands on\’ experience providing HR advice and guidance. This is an exciting opportunity which doesn\’t come around often to work within a fast-paced business where you will be mentored and guided by senior colleagues within our Human Resources team. What you\’ll be doing As a Developing Business Partner with guidance and support, you will partner with the Divisional Operational Managers, Team Managers and their direct reports across the South of the network to deliver operational business plans and objectives, develop colleague capability and ensure effective utilisation of colleague cost base. In addition to these duties, you will be responsible for the following: Understand and take ownership of our people strategy, implementing our key areas of focus across allocated business area.
