Co-Pack Line Leaders Wanted in HARWORTH!

Logistics People are looking for Co-Pack Line Leaders to join our team.

Location: Harworth, Great Bear

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday, 06:00 – 14:00 shift available

As a Line Leader for Logistics People, your role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Ensuring the production line maximizes the utilization of the main resources of the business.
  • Reporting and communicating all issues affecting production effectively.
  • Maintaining traceability of finished products and donor stocks in accordance with Culina IPS Production and Quality Procedures.
  • Motivating a team to meet production targets.
  • Ensuring final products meet client specifications (SPI).
  • Maximizing production efficiency to meet plans daily and hourly.
  • Promoting health, safety, and quality regulations in accordance with company policies.
  • Completing accurate paperwork and system updates as per procedures.
  • Developing a skills matrix for production workers.
  • Training and developing new starters.
  • Monitoring and minimizing waste.
