Purpose of the role: (Project Manager for Priority Pass)

Collinson Group is an independent, family-led business consisting of multiple operating companies and one investment company. We are embarking on a refresh of the Group and operating company identities to modernise and reflect the shared ethos across the group.

Whilst we have had a lot of success over the past 10 years, and have grown exponentially, we need to make changes to the way we work if we’re going to achieve this vision. With that in mind, we are embarking on our biggest ever period of transformation – investing time and money to connect consumers, our clients and our partners to each other, and to the elevated experiences they want and expect from us.

As part of this, we have established a new Transformation team and require a Project Manager to support in the delivery of key initiatives. The Project Manager will be part of a dynamic resource pool, with support from the Transformation team where they may be allocated additional projects within the Group.

The successful candidate will support the Priority Pass brand project which sits within a wider Collinson Group Brand Programme. The scope of the project will require engagement with stakeholders globally to deliver physical and digital assets across multiple workstreams such as websites, app and client hub.

This project requires a project manager with exceptional organisational, communication and problem-solving skills to oversee the scoping, planning and execution of this cross-functional initiative. The successful candidate will be output-oriented, rigorous in their attention to detail and able to motivate teams to deliver on time, on budget and to quality standards.

Main Accountabilities:

Planning and dependencies – work with workstream leads to build a project plan (both detailed and plan on a page) outlining key activities and milestones whilst also identifying and tracking the key internal / external dependencies that inform sequencing and / or timing of the project

·Resourcing – work with workstream leads to understand resource requirements ensuring relevant stakeholders are aware of demand for each of their teams

· Delivery – monitor individual workstream performance against the plan, challenge slippage and help define and implement mitigations

· Risk and issue management – review the risks and issues experienced by the workstream leads and escalate as needed to the Project Sponsor and / or Steering Committee

· Governance – facilitate relevant governance forums and the distribution and closure of relevant actions and decisions

· Stakeholder management – Establish strong working relationships with different stakeholder groups (including Senior Leadership, Project Managers, Change Leads, BAU owners and external 3rd parties)

· Team leadership – oversee the work of the Workstream Leads

· Reporting – collate reports from Workstream Leads to build a view of project progress (e.g. status against plan & next steps). Consolidate this to report up to the Programme Manager / Project Sponsor / Transformation Management Office (TMO) as applicable

· PM community – be an active member of the PM Community, sharing insights and experience to help raise standards across the organisation.

Requirements:
·Previous experience as a Project Manager (3-5 years).

· Previous experience of managing projects within marketing organisations.

·Previous experience of working successfully with Change Managers.

·Previous experience of delivering both standalone projects and projects that form part of a wider programme.
