Job Title: Digital Executive
Contract: 6-Months
Location: London (Hybrid)
Overview:
We\’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our digital product function. You\’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive consistency, efficiency, and best practice across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Product Owners with Jira maintenance, including updating tickets and assisting with cross-functional team coordination
- Manage and regularly update the Risk & Issue Log for key projects
- Maintain and update content across the Web Product Group and eCommerce SharePoint sites
- Act as a liaison between the Digital team and UX, CRO, Analytics, and SEO teams to coordinate updates and manage requests
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports for high-priority digital initiatives
- Provide support for feature activation tasks (details to be confirmed)
- Develop and document a central Digital Playbook for internal teams and global markets, highlighting best practices acrossUX,CRO, product, andanalytics
- This will include stakeholder interviews and collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX, and CRO teams to compile and articulate clear, actionable guidance
