Real Estate and Workplace Solutions (RE&WS) is a critical component of the WTW Enterprise Delivery Organization (WE DO), comprising
- Corporate Real Estate (CRE): WTW’s real estate strategy, transactions, office designs and construction
- Facilities Services (FS): ongoing office management, maintenance, sustainability, security, and health and safety
- Operations & Information Management (O&IM): financial oversight, workplace data and evaluation, workplace technology, workplace communications and change management
The Role
RE&WS Technology are looking for a Assistant Technology Manager to co-ordinate, monitor and deliver workplace technology projects, manage dependencies, track risks and resolve issues that arise during implementation. Strong relationships with CRE, FS and O&IM – plus Technology and functions – are essential (particularly in Asia Pacific).
The successful candidate will represent RE&WS Technology on office transformation projects, executing the current methodology, collecting data to influence the RE&WS strategy, and identify opportunities for meaningful continuous improvement. The role provides a career growth opportunity through visibility on RE&WS projects, the development of new skills, stakeholder management and project ownership.

- Ownership of workplace technology on designated real estate transformation projects
- Focus on APAC projects, therefore the ability to work flexibly, scheduling working day to attend key geography stakeholder meetings is essential, with occasional travel
- Support the implementation of Freespace, Book-a-Room, Outlook and Kadence across global projects
- Develop into a Subject Matter Expert for issue resolution
- Maintain relationships with key global vendors, monitoring and driving performance
- Contribute to the financial controls and governance processes and track billing against budgets
- Form and maintain productive relationships with key business and function stakeholders
- Create and maintain project reporting, detailing progress against KPI metrics
- Track, manage and mitigate any risks and issues. De-escalate the impact of these events
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Strong enterprise workplace experience and preferably within Real Estate and Workplace Solutions
- Knowledge and experience directly implementing and working with Workplace technology solutions; Freespace, Book-a-Room, Outlook, Kadence, etc
- Developed and trusted relationships with Facilities Services in London & APAC
- Experience of workplace transformation projects globally, including implementation of technology and guidance
- Familiarity and end user experience with WTW’s Finance processes, structure, general ledger coding and tools i.e. Ariba
- Knowledge of Technology capitalisation guidelines globally
- Experience of inputting, reporting and delivering to an annual budget including understanding of finance principles for accounting and project reporting
- Top tier communication skills, including engaging stakeholders at all levels and across cultures globally; the ability to make the complex user-friendly and easy to understand. Keen attention to detail
- Equally comfortable working on your own and as part of a highly collaborative team, occasionally meeting challenging deadlines
- Has network of WTW RE&WS relationships with knowledge owners, to facilitate efficient and connected delivery
