The Role
We are looking for a high-performing contract focused Recruitment Consultant, who has experience recruiting in the Italian market.
This is a 360 recruitment position, where you will develop new client accounts, with the aim of building long lasting relationships. Whilst expertly sourcing contract talent and meticulously matching them to clients hiring requirements.
You will gain a deep knowledge of the IT market with regular training and personalised support. Having the opportunity to develop your recruitment career into senior roles with a structured career path.
About You
- You will have at least 2 years contract recruitment experience, specifically within IT, with direct experience in the Italian recruitment market
- Must have right to work in the UK
- Be confident, self-motivated and determined
- Articulate, money-motivated and hungry for success
- Great team player but also able to use your initiative to work independently
- Fantastic commission structure with an excellent earning potential
- Flexibility – 2 days working from home, core hours between 10-1pm – 3-5pm, Mon-Thurs, 3pm finish Fridays, reduced summer hours
- Leadership programme for those looking to progress into people management
- Recognition – monthly incentives plus a chance to win oversees trips twice a year!
