Job Summary
Registered Nurse Opportunities:
Trefynwy is a dynamic GP led ward which adopts an integrated model to delivery excellent patient care through effective rehabilitation. We are a forward – thinking team and are always looking at ways of improving our service with the aim of delivering high quality care patient centred care.
We care for our patients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day working 12 and 6 hour shifts.We want Aneurin Bevan University Health Board to be an enjoyable and fulfilling place to work. Main duties of the job
To assist with the assessment, planning, delivery & evaluation of patient care.
To provide prescribed nursing care without direct supervision.
To contribute to the development/evaluation of nursing practice on the ward.
To act in accordance with the NMC Professional Code of Conduct and other policies.
To provide nursing care across all areas of health care delivery within the Monmouth locality as required by the service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
