Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Chartered Financial Planning practice based in Tunbridge Wells who are looking to recruit an IFA Administrator to join their team.

ROLE

  • Acting as point of contact between clients, advisers and third-party product providers
  • Establishing and maintaining electronic client files
  • Processing new business applications, maintaining accurate information and recordingstransactions
  • Sourcing quotations, illustrations and supporting documentation
  • Preparing valuations, reports and material for client meetings
  • Ensuring that all work adheres to the firm’s compliance procedures
  • Follow established procedures, systems and templates for processing work
  • Act on own initiative to ensure workload is prioritised in a timely manner
  • Dealing with post and answering the phone

QUALIFICATIONS/CAPABILITIES

  • Understanding information and documentation required to process new business, claims andamendments to existing client policies and investments
  • Keyboard and computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Adviser Office, Papercloud and
