This role will give you direct responsibility for running project, developing a team fostering strong client relationships, and driving long-term business growth, offering clear pathways for significant career progression.
This practice is led by Directors with over 40 years’ experience across commercial and residential sectors. With a diverse portfolio spanning decarbonisation, cladding upgrades, education, and residential projects, they’re building a strong reputation for sustainability-focused design and have ambitious growth plans. Please note that those already in senior and director-level roles will be considered. The role is based in commutable distance from South London, Surrey and West Sussex
Role & Responsibilities
- Take a lead roles in running projects
- Develop and manage a team
- Work with the existing management team
- Help develop business opportunities
- Work directly with clients as point of contact.
Required Skills & Experience
- Qualified Architect
- Minimum of 10 years of experience Uk project experience
- Proven experience managing teams and running projects independently
- Strong client management skills and excellent communication abilities
- Aspiration to move into a Director-level role and participate in long-term business growth
- Experience with Revit (training will be provided if needed).
