Are you an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career with a reputable Legal firm?

We are currently seeking a skilled and client-focused solicitor to join a highly regarded contentious probate team.

About the Role:
You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive team known for delivering high-quality legal services in a variety of private client matters. Working alongside some of the region’s leading specialists, you’ll manage a caseload of contentious probate work including:

  • Disputes between beneficiaries, executors, or trustees
  • Issues concerning estate administration and trust performance
  • Complex and high-value estate disputes

You will also take a key role in mentoring junior team members and be actively involved in business development, helping to expand the team’s reach and reputation.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who brings both experience and initiative to the table:

  • Qualified Solicitor with + years’ PQE in contentious probate
  • Strong interpersonal and client care skills
  • ACTAPS qualification is desirable, though not essential
  • Local market knowledge and a small following would be beneficial
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach to networking and BD
