We’re Beauty Pie. We’re the world’s first luxury beauty and wellness buyers’ club. And we’re disrupting the beauty industry, one face cream at a time.
Before we arrived on the scene, if you wanted really great beauty products, you had to shop at traditional beauty retail – and overpay for all the crazy markups. Now, our members have access to shop from the best-quality beauty and wellness products (from the leading labs in France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc) and get a bigger piece of the Beauty Pie.
We’re looking for a creative, strategic and obsessively detail-oriented Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of exceptional Beauty Pie events across PR, influencer, community and retail channels. Reporting into the Head of Communications (with a dotted line into the Head of Social Media and Community), you’ll work cross-functionally to deliver standout moments that build brand buzz, deepen community engagement and drive emotional connection with press, influencers, members and prospective customers.
From intimate influencer dinners to press activations, retail pop-ups and member experiences – you’ll bring Beauty Pie’s brand to life in unforgettable ways.
So, what will you be doing?
- Develop and execute a best-in-class events calendar that supports key communications and community objectives
- Align with Comms and Community leads to ensure integrated planning across teams
- Build out event briefs, timelines, budgets and KPIs for each initiative
Execution & Production
- Manage end-to-end logistics for all events – from venue sourcing and supplier management to guest list curation and on-site coordination (this may or may not be leveraging agency partners where required)
- Deliver seamless event execution that reflects Beauty Pie’s premium brand aesthetic and member-first ethos
- Manage all necessary documentation, contracts and insurance requirements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Comms to plan impactful press and influencer moments
- Work closely with Community to develop member-facing experiences that are authentic, inclusive and content-rich
- Amplify in-store or pop-up activations
Post-Event Reporting & Analysis
- Lead event wrap-ups including performance analysis, budget tracking and ROI reporting
- Gather feedback and learnings to continuously improve event delivery
- Build strong relationships with external partners including venues, caterers, production agencies and brand collaborators
- Negotiate contracts and manage third-party budgets effectively
We believe it\’s all about mindset, great skills, the right attitude and a fantastic work ethic. If you’re aligned to our values, excited about the opportunity, and you’re really good at what you do (even if you don’t tick all the boxes) apply anyway!
- 4+ years of experience in an events-focused role within a fast-paced, brand-led business (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)
- Demonstrated experience running a wide variety of event formats – from press launches and influencer events to community meet-ups and pop-ups
- Impeccable project management skills – you thrive under pressure, manage timelines with ease, and never miss a detail
- Creative vision and aesthetic sensibility that aligns with the Beauty Pie brand
- A collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills – you’re as comfortable working across departments as you are with external vendors
- A flexible, can-do attitude – ready to roll up your sleeves and problem-solve in real time
- Passion for beauty and our mission to make luxury accessible for all
