Career Teachers (part of the Affinity Workforce Solution Group) are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. We are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our high-performing team in Derby, specialising in Primary Education Recruitment.\\n\\nIf you are an ambitious, commercially-minded and driven individual looking to further your career in the Recruitment Industry and achieve a continued development and progression – then look no further!\\n\\nThe role & benefits as Recruitment Consultant at Career Teachers:\\n\\n· Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)\\n\\n· Uncapped commission structure\\n\\n· Your birthday off (in addition to your annual leave entitlement and bank holidays).\\n\\n· Hybrid working schedule with reduced hours during school holidays\\n\\n· Regular performance reviews and opportunities for further development.\\n\\nYou will join an experienced and high-performing team based in Derby City Centre, who all embody our core brand values, and work collaboratively to achieve their overall goals!
