Job Description

W Talent are working with a large manufacturing company based in Belper, Derby who looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to support its UK Industrial Senior Leadership Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified graduate or someone with 1-3 years of experience looking to build a career in operations, continuous improvement, or project coordination.\\n\\nProject Coordinator \\n\\nAs a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives across the UK Industrial function. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and eager to gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you'll help ensure smooth project execution, data accuracy, and continuous improvement throughout the business.\\n\\nSupporting the UK Industrial team with day-to-day project coordination and general administrative tasks.\\nManaging system documentation, supporting KPI tracking/reporting, and helping drive improvement projects across departments.\\nAssisting in cross-functional activities that support plant KPIs including production attainment, efficiency, quality, and waste reduction.\\nPreparing reports, presenting data, and supporting international group-level meetings and activities.\\nWorking closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and business improvement projects.\\nContributing innovative ideas and supporting the introduction of new, efficiency-driven practices.\\nAssisting in the preparation of director- and MD-level presentation materials and papers. \\n\\nKey Requirements\\n\\nYou will need to be located within the Derby area where full training will be provided, making this a fantastic entry-level opportunity within a supportive and high-performing team.\\n\\nA methodical, inquisitive, and dependable approach to work.\\nStrong organisational and time management skills.\\nA team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.\\nA practical mindset with an interest in problem-solving and continuous improvement.\\nConfidence in working with data and supporting decision-making processes.\\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.\\nA proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. \\n\\nSalary and Benefits\\n\\nThis Monday to Friday, Days based Project Coordinator role offers a highly competitive salary between £25,000 to £35,000 and 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
