We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Residential Property Management team at our Global HQ in 55 Baker Street. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with seasoned professionals, supporting landlords and tenants in managing their residential letting portfolios. You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and dedicated team that prides itself on delivering exceptional service to all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties in London, ensuring outstanding customer service for tenants and landlords.
  • Provide comprehensive property management services, addressing maintenance issues promptly.
  • Conduct pre-tenancy works and annual property visits.
  • Coordinate and oversee refurbishment projects as needed.
  • Maintain and update service and maintenance contracts in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Qualifications and Experience:

  • ARLA Qualified.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • 5 + years in Lettings Property Management
  • Proven ability to manage difficult conversations and build strong professional relationships both internally and externally.
  • Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in Residential Lettings Management.
