Winn Solicitors (Scotland) LLP offers a specialist accident claims service, focusing on all elements of the claims process to help our clients deal with the fall-out of a non-fault accident.

You’ll bring your knowledge, drive, and client-focused mindset to the firm to influence positive change. Based full-time in our office, you will be managing and supporting a team of Paralegals, influencing positive change, and making a real impact in a collaborative environment.

This position is full-time (35 hours per week) with a successful firm offering attractive benefits and genuine career progression opportunities.

Job Description

Lead, support, and grow a high-performing personal injury paralegal team. You’ll play a key role in delivering results and raising standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a team handling RTA, EL, and PL claims
  • Guide case strategy on liability, causation, and quantum
  • Oversee compliance, quality and client service on every file
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members
  • Monitor performance, hit KPIs and support growth targets
  • Help onboard and train new starters
  • Create a positive, collaborative and client-focused team culture

Person Specification

We’re looking for someone driven, switched-on, and ready to lead by example.

  • Strong experience in RTA, EL and PL claims
  • Legal know-how plus confidence mentoring or leading others
  • Organised and calm under pressure — can balance casework with team leadership
  • Great communicator who inspires, supports and sets high standards
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with case management systems
  • A true team player who wants to develop themselves and others
