Join our Home Care Team in Bridgwater and surrounding areas. Our services support people within their own homes, providing personal care, companionship, and assistance with hobbies.

Requirements:

  • A full valid driving licence and your own vehicle.
  • Knowledge of the Bridgwater area and ability to commute.
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
  • Availability to work 7-2 and/or 4- across Monday to Sunday on a two-week rolling rota.

If you meet these requirements, you can start training as a Care and Support Worker and pursue a career in social care.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Supporting customers with appointments, shopping, meals, and daily routines.
  • Providing companionship and support.
  • Understanding and following care plans.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.

  • Manual handling for less mobile clients.
