QED Legal are keen to speak withDispute Resolution Solicitor / Property Litigation Solicitor to join our highly-regarded Legal 500 law firm based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex .
The ideal candidate we are seeking is a Litigation Solicitor with 5+ years of experience in General Litigation. Our client is seeking someone with natural drive and passion for contentious, and experience in handling a varied workload.
Your caseload would consist of contractual disputes, debt recovery, intellectual property disputes, LLP disputes, shareholder disputes, corporate insolvency, business mediation and arbitration, commercial property disputes etc.
The firm, aside from their prestigious name, treat their staff incredibly well β this is proven through the long tenures of the majority of the professionals employed. The role offers frequent 1-1 regarding progression and career plans, 2 days WFH per week, pay a bonus,laptop and iPhone, and more.
