Whether you’re an experienced Agricultural Engineer or looking for a new challenge in the industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

As an Agricultural Service Technician, you\’ll work with cutting-edge machinery, ensuring our customers get the best possible performance from their equipment. You\’ll split your time between our workshops and working on-site with customers, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of machinery, from tractors to combines and precision ag technology.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Diagnosing and repairing agricultural equipment
  • Carrying out routine servicing and maintenance
  • Keeping up to date with the latest technology through ongoing manufacturer training
  • Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards both in the workshop and in the field
  • Supporting and mentoring apprentices and trainees
  • Preparing new and used equipment for customers

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivation, great communication skills, and a proactive mindset
  • Previous experience with a franchised dealer (preferred but not essential—full training provided!)
  • Confidence in using diagnostic tools and following technical procedures
  • Experience working on root crop machinery, drills, fertiliser spreaders & sprayers would be preferred but not essential.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons
  • A full UK driving licence
