As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will oversee the management of machine components, ensuring technical accuracy, inventory precision, and seamless logistics. You will play a role in supporting customer and service engineers\’ needs by coordinating component distribution, inventory control, and technical support—all while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management & Control:

  • Receive, inspect, and document machine components, verifying technical specifications and quality standards
  • Organize parts using a systematic box/board storage system and update inventory levels in ERP systems
  • Perform monthly inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and maintain data integrity

Order Fulfillment & Logistics:

  • Prepare orders by selecting, packaging, and scheduling transportation of components, ensuring compliance with requirements
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to manage returns, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues

Technical Parts Coordination:

  • Locate parts using part numbers, technical drawings, or OEM codes, leveraging database systems and technical knowledge
  • Provide technical support to mechanics and customers via phone or email, answering parts-related inquiries (e.g., compatibility, specifications, availability)

Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency, such as streamlining storage workflows or improving inventory tracking methods

Requirements
