PCB Assembly Technician Location: Guildford Salary: £25 – £30 pounds per hour Experienced Electro mechanical Assembly operatives required to work for a world leading organisation based in Guildford. We are seeking experienced ESA/IPC Operators. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the growing assembly team at the forefront of Technology. This role will be initially on a contract basis. This role is key to the assembly of High level technology and requires skilled Operatives who can work to IPC or ESA standards. You will be working to Technical drawings and schematics and be required to adapt and work within a varied assembly role. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and build equipment to IPC and ESA standards, including PCA, module assemblies, and harness work. Work according to build instructions and technical drawings. Assemble in-house cable assemblies and test jigs/boxes. Proven experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environments.Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills: Strong knowledge of soldering and wiring practices. ESA or IPC certification preferred, but full training will be provided. Proven hands-on, practical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Clear communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
