Job Description
Reporting to the Asset Lead within the mobilisation technical team, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and validating large volumes of asset data against contractual and statutory standards.
This home-based role is ideal for someone who thrives on detailed data work and has strong technical knowledge of SFG20 and Uniclass.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain asset and PPM data across mobilisation activities, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and statutory obligations.
- Develop, QA, and validate maintenance schedules, job plans, and procedure steps to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and version-control master blueprint templates for consistent asset planning and reporting.
- Review asset data submissions to ensure technical accuracy, completeness, and consistency with ISS standards.
- Collaborate with FM Systems and operational teams to develop accurate locational master data (properties, floors, asset hierarchies).
- Ensure full compliance with SFG20 maintenance requirements and Uniclass asset classifications.
- Support CAFM system integration and API activities, ensuring data flows correctly between platforms.
- Contribute to the creation of PPM planners and asset verification templates to support the mobilisation timeline.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of SFG20 and Uniclass asset coding frameworks.
- Extensive experience managing asset data within a hard services FM environment, ideally during mobilisation.
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, data validation, lookups; Power Query/BI or VBA a plus).
- Familiarity with CAFM platforms such as Planon, Concept, Concerto, or similar.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to data QA and documentation.
- Ability to communicate technical data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
