Site Manager – Mechanical Building Services
This is an excellent opportunity to join a M&E contractor with a 5-year orderbook based in the North-East region.
Location:Newcastle
Salary:£50,000 to £60,000 basic+ Car or Car allowance + Package
Role Description:
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an M&E Contractor who is supporting both Clients directly (Local Authorities, Developers) and Tier 1 contractors in delivering M&E services to the commercial and Industrial sectors. Providing full turn-key solutions from the Design to Project delivery using in-house labour and handback to the client.
This position is a hands-on Site Manager reporting into the Project Manager for the scheme.
Overseeing the on-site delivery of the district heating network, ensuring that all mechanical works (e.g., pipework installation, plantroom construction, energy centre setup) are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.
You don’t need specific experience in Heating systems but managing pipe work installation is key, understanding the technical drawings, connecting and welding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Based in Newcastle for the next 5 years, with 3 phases of the project totalling £15m to be delivered across the city. This is also a site-based role, needing someone on site 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
