Mit dem Abiprogramm wirst du innerhalb von ca. 3 Jahren auf eine Führungsposition bei PENNY vorbereitet – und das ganz ohne Studium.
Drei Abschlüsse in einem Programm: In nur 18 Monaten erhältst du deinen ersten Abschluss zum Kaufmann im Einzelhandel (m/w/d). Bei guter Leistung wirst du in weiteren 18 Monaten zum staatlich geprüften Handelsfachwirt (m/w/d) und absolvierst die AEVO-Ausbildung zum Ausbilder (m/w/d).
Good to know: Der Abschluss steht auf der gleichen Stufe wie ein Bachelor (Niveau 6 nach dem europäischen Qualifikationsrahmen).
Du steuerst den Warenfluss im Markt sowie die Warenlagerung und -kontrolle.
Du betreust unsere Kundschaft im Markt und stehst ihr tatkräftig zur Seite.
Du arbeitest in einem starken Team und machst erste Erfahrungen in der MitarbeitendenfĂĽhrung.
Du kannst Teil unseres Teams werden.
Du hast dein Abitur oder die fachgebundene Hochschulreife inkl. Praxisteil in der Fachrichtung Wirtschaft.
