Restructuring Advisory Executive
We are searching for an experienced Restructuring Advisory Executive to make an impact at RSM UK.

Our Consulting team, with over 1,700 professionals, provides client-centric solutions across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing, generating nearly £200m revenue. We focus on six key solutions: business transformation, deal services, finance support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. Our approach is tailored to help clients achieve strategic goals and support career development for our team members.
This role offers the opportunity to work within the Restructuring Delivery Team (RDT), contributing to its growth and success. Corporate insolvency experience is essential. The role involves supporting the RDT on a national basis, communicating with colleagues across regions. While attendance at marketing events is not required, opportunities to support marketing and business objectives locally are available.
The team’s structure allows for predictable workflow and a healthy work/life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the Restructuring Delivery Team
- Support the delivery of administration and liquidation processes, ensuring compliance with RDT procedures
- Handle pre-appointment Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation matters
- Manage complex investigation matters post-appointment across various insolvency procedures
Candidate Profile:
We value diverse experiences. Our ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3 years’ experience in Restructuring Advisory and/or Insolvency
- Understanding of IPS or similar case management systems
- Strong organizational, time management, and commercial skills
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
- Commitment to high-quality work within deadlines
