Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, 36 weeks per year
We are looking to recruit an exceptional candidate for this high-profile role. You will be an integral member of the College Wellbeing Team working alongside our Nurses, Counsellors and Support staff to ensure all our learners have the opportunity to experience our “Outstanding” college in a safe and secure environment.
We are seeking a charismatic, determined, and confident individual with the ability to engage hard-to-reach groups and disengaged learners. The role involves developing and coordinating activities that promote social cohesion and integration.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a Community Safety, Integration/Cohesion background, and with diverse community-based groups and young people.
