Location: Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid – 1 day a week)

About the Role
As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in translating business needs into technical solutions across their Salesforce ecosystem and other operational platforms. You’ll work closely with product managers, architects, and developers to deliver scalable, efficient systems that support strategic goals.
What You’ll Do
- Define and manage technical requirements for new and existing systems
- Translate business needs into user stories and technical features
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business strategy
- Support testing, data migration, and implementation activities
- Ensure compliance with IT governance and best practices
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team, working alongside solution architects, developers, testers, and business users. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders will be key to your success.

- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience with tools like UML, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure
- Experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle
- BCS or equivalent Business Analysis qualifications (desirable)
- Knowledge of ITIL, Scrum, and enterprise architecture frameworks (desirable)
