We are seeking an Assessment & Review Worker for the CHC and DOLS Team, based at Forster House, comprising Social Workers, Best Interest Assessors, Assessment and Review Workers, and a supportive admin team.

The role involves arranging and managing reviews for individuals supported by the Local Authority and ICB, across settings like private homes, residential or nursing care, sheltered accommodation, and supported living. The reviews ensure support continues to meet care needs under the Care Act 2014. Additional duties include assisting the team with Duty roles and conducting joint visits where necessary.

This role offers valuable experience, working alongside Social Workers and Managers, with opportunities to collaborate with ICB colleagues. Support includes a thorough induction, monthly supervision, and peer support.

The team has flexible working arrangements, combining home and office work.
